Anxiety Disorders

If you have ever wondered why everything was spinning so fast yet everyone was talking in slow motion then an anxiety disorder was in the making. We all suffer from anxiety at one point in our lives or another but once it becomes habitual than it becomes dangerous. Anxiety disorder sufferers are in the million and in some cases the patients may not even be in a position to know what they are suffering from. In some cases the patients have confused the anxiety disorder with the onset of a heart attack because of the tightness of the chest they experienceIn other cases the ground may seem to be moving and the increased heart rate does nothing to calm the patient down. Anxiety is caused by excessive worry over things that may only manage to slightly stress the average person. There are certain symptoms of the disorder that a person should look out for should they suspect they are suffering from the disorder.

.

These include tense muscles, faster breathing, sweaty pals and even trembling hands or legs. This does not mean that every time your palms sweat this is the problem but all these symptoms combined could be indicators of issues to come. When a person is going through an anxiety attack their breathing becomes shallow the heart pounds and the muscles become tense. All these may continue for the duration of the attack but once it is over then the fight or flight sensation also diminishes.

Anxiety disorders have become a part of modern day living and all that the sufferer is left to do is go through them then seek alternative treatment.
For those that live with the condition there are several ways to deal with it and these include getting enough sleep and exercise, connecting with nature, thinking positive and connecting with nature.
